If you meet the terms & conditions above and you want to opt for the Satisfaction Guarantee, here’s exactly what you need to do:

• Contact our friendly customer care support members at care@evergood.co

• Once we receive your enquiry, one of our friendly support team will respond with their recommendations within 1-3 business days

• If returning stock, it is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.

• All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

• Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Please note:

• To claim the guarantee a person must purchase and supplement our products for 90 continuous days per the recommended daily dosage.

• We must receive your enquiry within 120 days of the date you receive your order.

• The amount refunded will be less shipping ($9.95)

• All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.
